How do you fill a birth pool and keep the water wa

How do you fill a birth pool and keep the water warm?

Earthy Birth has everything you need for this process! A drinking water hose and connector, a tap adapter to plug it in to your kitchen/bathroom/laundry sink, a floating thermometer to help you monitor the temp... All in beautiful colours of course.

Depending on your hot water system you may run out of hot water before the pool is filled, in which case your team (not you, birthing mumma!) can finish filling it with hot water from kettles or boiled on the stove. Adding boiling water like this is also a great way to keep the water warm enough.

Water birth - have you done it? Would you give it a try? I (Rosie) birthed all four of my babies into water, and honestly cannot imagine doing it any other way!

Immersion in warm water can reduce pain, reduce stress and can help mummas relax, which is so beneficial for labour and birth.
